A Record of Nightmare

Nightmares, one of the oldest types of creatures belonging to the group known as mythic, or legendary creatures. There is very little known about these fascinating creatures which roam the desert. The tales of them however depict a solitary and vicious creature, stories which I have heard since I was a small child. I was fascinated by these stories and that fascination has only grown over the years. Now that I am older I have decided to document these creatures in this and other journals. I shall be accompanied on this journey by my dear old friend Scipio, a skilled mercenary who has managed to survive nightmare attacks in the past. We plan to depart in several days’ time for the heart of the desert, the nightmares domain. We will be traveling by camel, four of the beasts in total, and we shall rely on the oasis’ to replenish our stocks of water.

So no, this does not mean that I have a laptop yet, but I did write this brief thing because it's been bouncing around in my head for awhile. Basicly this will be set up as a journal written by the first Sand Rider Sulieman, it will go into detail about the nightmares including some of their history, what the different flame colors mean, and other such things as that.
